You may request a return within 30 days of delivery by contacting our customer service team. Products must be unused, complete, unmodified, and securely packed in their original packaging or suitable equivalent packaging. All returns require prior authorization.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.

To exchange a product for a different model or color, please request a return and place a new order. This return policy does not limit applicable warranty coverage or statutory rights.

Orders are shipped via USPS or another carrier selected by us when it offers a better shipping option for your order.  The carrier is determined at the time of shipment based on package size, destination, and service availability.
